Registration and Conference Fee

All conference participants shall register by either using the electronic registration tool here or by filling in the fax registration form which is available as pdf here.

Fee Payment

Students pay € 100 (€ 150 after 26 April 2013) and must present evidence of student status at the time of registration. Please send (scanned) copies of Student ID to baltex@hzg.de or by fax to +49 4152 87 1730.

The conference fee covers the expenses for the conference venue, the conference abstract volume, daily refreshments, ice breaker, daily lunch and the conference dinner at the Borgholm Castle on Thursday evening. Accompanying persons will be charged for participation at the conference dinner.

Important:
Use the reference "BALTEX 2013" in the "reason fo payment" field! Always indicate the participant name(s) for whom the payment is done as we need to allocate the fee transfers to participant names!
